Ranger Kids

Ranger Kids

This group is for early-elementary age boys (K-2).       3495e7d9-7718-48b8-b4db-9de300d80063

At weekly meetings, boys engage in fun activities designed to involve the physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of their lives.

Every quarter, boys can earn one advancement.  Advancements are worn on the front of the vest.  Boys also have the opportunity to earn achievement patches, which are worn on the back of the vest.

Our outpost tries to have at least one Ranger Kids activity per quarter.  Most of these activities can be counted toward an achievement patch.  A visit to the fire station is a fun trip while working on the Firefighter patch.  Participation in the Ranger week, Ranger Kids Day can count toward the Day Camp patch.  We also take hikes to learn about nature and wildlife.
